India recommends final AD duty on PPGI imports from China and EU

Directorate General for Anti Dumping and Allied Duties (DGAD) has announced that it has recommended an antidumping (AD) duty on color coated alloy and non-alloy flat steel products (PPGI) imported from China and the European Union.

The proposed antidumping duty is set at $822/mt, while preliminary antidumping duty rate announced January this year was $849/mt. The investigation was launched in June 2016.

The products in question currently fall under the Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7210, 7212, 7225 and 7226.
