Hunan Valin Steel’s net profit down 32.79 percent in H1

BHunan Province-based Chinese steelmaker Hunan Valin Iron & Steel Co. (Hunan Valin Steel) has issued the financial report for the first six months this year.

The company stated that its operating revenue amounted to RMB 79.272 billion ($11 billion) in the given period, down 5.99 percent year on year, while its net profit reached RMB 2.568 billion ($0.36 billion), down 32.79 percent year on year.
