Hunan Valin Steel expects net loss up to RMB 1.3 billion in Jan-Sept

Hunan Province-based Chinese steelmaker Hunan Valin Iron & Steel Co. (Hunan Valin Steel) has announced that it expects to record a net loss in the range of RMB 900 million-1.3 billion ($133.73-193.16 million) for the January-September period of the current year, compared to a net loss of RMB 1.09645 billion in the same period last year.

Hunan Valin Steel stated that it expects to record a net loss in the range of RMB 120-180 million ($17.83-26.75 million) for the third quarter of the current year, compared to a net loss of RMB 942.15 million in the same period last year.
