Chinese steelmaker Hebei Iron and Steel Group has announced that the cold rolling plant of its subsidiary Handan Iron and Steel (Hansteel) has received an order for 3,000 mt of
coated steel
plate from Russia. In January this year, total exports of
coated plate produced by Hansteel's cold rolling plant reached 8,000 mt.
The order in question is for
coated plate products of 1,250 mm in width and in thicknesses of 0.4 mm and 0.45 mm.
