Gerdau Sidenor opens new scrap metal recycling facility in Cuadalajara, Spain

Spanish-based special steel manufacturer Gerdau Sidenor--a subsidiary of Brazil-based Gerdau--announced Tuesday that it has recently opened a scrap metal recycling facility in the province of Cuadalajara, Spain. The scrap metal will be shipped to Gerdau Sidenor's two Spanish steel mills, located in Reinosa and Basauri. The facility will have a storage capacity of 10,000 tons.
