French new individual vehicle registrations up one percent in March

In March 2010, seasonally adjusted new individual vehicle registrations in France increased by one percent month on month totaling 197,808 units, according to the statistics released by France's National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (INSEE). In February, new registrations had decreased by 0.2 percent over the previous month.
 
In comparison with March 2009, the increase rate was registered at 18.1 percent.
