Ford Otosan to temporarily halt production at plants in Turkey due to annual vacation and maintenance

Turkish automotive producer Ford Otosan has announced that it plans to temporarily suspend production at its Golcuk, Yenikoy and Eskisehir plants in Turkey due to annual leave.

The production halts will be effective from July 31, lasting at least until August 14. 

The company stated that it will conduct periodic maintenance works during the downtime and there will also be preparations at production lines at the Yenikoy plant for new investments. 

In addition, Ford Otosan will also halt production at its Craiova plant in Romania from August 14 until August 31.
