Final results of AD review on SS flanges from India

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) published the final results of a new shipper review of the antidumping duty on certain forged stainless steel flanges imported from India. On October 6, 2004, the DOC initiated an antidumping new shipper review for certain forged stainless steel flanges imported from Indian producer Hilton Forge. The period of review was February 1, 2004, through July 31, 2004. The DOC preliminarily determined that Hilton Forge made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review. According to the preliminary results, the weighted-average dumping margin for Hilton Forge was 0.89 percent. Since the DOC did not receive any comments on the preliminary results, the final results do not differ from the preliminary results.
