Mining company Evrazruda, a member of Evraz Holding, plans to restart the production of iron ore agglomerated concentrate (CCF) at Irbisky Mine in the second quarter of 2006. This week the newly inserted equipment would be put under loading tests. Irbinsk Mine was closed in the middle of 1990s due to lack of demand for CCF. The restart of the mine's production will allow Evrazruda to fully satisfy the needs of its Abagursk Agglomerate Plant for the high quality raw material.
