The European Commission has announced that it has terminated the antidumping (AD) duty investigation regarding imports of seamless pipes and tubes of iron or steel, of an external diameter exceeding 406.4 mm, from
China.
The complainant, the defense committee of the seamless steel tubes and pipes industry of the
European Union, withdrew its complaint on September 9. According to the European Commission, the investigation has not brought to light any considerations showing that the termination of the investigation would be against the EU's interest.
The antidumping duty investigation was initiated on February 16.
The products covered by the review are listed under the following codes: 7304 19 90, 7304 29 90, 7304 39 98 and 7304 59 99.
