EU steel exports up 3.18 percent in February

According to the European steel association EUROFER, in February this year EU-27 flat steel exports totaled 1.144 million mt, while long steel exports amounted to 863,000 mt. Accordingly, overall EU-27 steel exports in February totaled 2.008 million mt, down 0.64 percent month on month and increasing by 3.18 percent year on year.
