Local scrap prices in the European Union (EU) in December last year did not indicate any variations compared to the previous month, according to indexes issued by the European Steel Association (EUROFER).
Meanwhile, in December, decreases in the range of 14.55-15.52 percent were recorded on year-on-year basis.
