On December 21, the European Commission announced that, unless a review is initiated, the European Union's antidumping (AD) measures on iron or steel seamless pipes and tubes from Croatia, Ukraine and Russia will expire on June 30, 2011.

The institution said that, in accordance with the relevant legal procedure, EU producers may lodge a written request for a review by advancing sufficient evidence that the expiry of the measures would be likely to result in a continuation or recurrence of dumping and injury. The deadline for such a request is three months before the expiration date of the measures.
