Essar Projects, part of India-based Essar Group, has announced that it has been awarded $600 million contract by Sphere Minerals, a subsidiary of international commodities producer and trader Glencore Xstrata.
Under the scope of the order, Essar Projects will deliver a 7.5 million mt per year iron ore beneficiation plant in the western North Africa.
