Esmark appoints new President of Ohio operations

Chicago, Illinois-based Esmark Steel Group announced Wednesday that Peter Doyle has been appointed President of the company's Ohio operations.  Doyle previously served as Senior Executive Vice President of Cleveland, Ohio-based Majestic Steel, and Director of Pacesetter Steel in Atlanta, Georgia.

Additionally, Esmark announced a new position, Executive Vice President of Sales, which will be filled by Mark Schwertner, a current company executive.

Esmark Steel Group's CEO, Tom Modrowski, stated that the two appointments are part of a long-term strategy to "achieve our growth plans in the Northeast corridor."
