EEC imposes AD duty on seamless pipe imports from Ukraine

The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), the executive body of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) which includes Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia and Armenia, has announced that it has decided to impose antidumping (AD) duty on corrosion-resistant seamless pipes, with diameter up to 426 millimeter, imported from Ukraine
 
The duty rates are 4.32 percent for Ukrainian pipe producers Centravis Production Ukraine and Interpipe Niko Tube, and 18.96 percent for NP Oscar and for other Ukrainian pipe producers. The duties will be valid for five years.
