Dozens of US steel manufacturing and processing projects set to kickoff in Q2

According to a report Friday from Sugar Land, Texas-based Industrial Info Resources, US steel manufacturing and processing firms have 44 project kickoffs scheduled for the Q2 2015.

The combined worth of the projects is $566.6 million, according to the report. Nine of the projects—which are still in the planning phase—are valued at a combined $304 million.
