Contract of €1 billion between Marcegaglia and Kremikovtzi

According to recent market news, Bulgarian steel maker Kremikovtzi will sign a deal of €1 billion with European biggest pipe maker, Italian mill Marcegaglia on Friday. In line with the contract, Kremikovtzi will supply metallurgical products to Marcegaglia. Meanwhile, Kremikovtzi would be turned over to Marcegaglia in July 2003, as it has reported a loss of Leva 75 million ($44.3 million).
