Construction starts on new seamless pipe plant in Chongqing

On July 6, construction of a new seamless pipe manufacturer named Chongqing Aoguan Steel Pipe Co., Ltd was launched in Rongchang Industrial Park in the city of Chongqing, China.
 
The new plant will cover an area of four hectares. The total investment in the project is expected to reach RMB 120 million ($18.5 million). Three seamless pipe production lines are to be built, each with an annual output capacity of 600,000-800,000 mt of high precision seamless pipe used in the manufacture of machinery, boilers, automobiles and motorcycles.
