The Canadian International Trade Tribunal Monday issued an order following the expiry review of its finding made on March 10, 2008 concerning the dumping and subsidizing of seamless carbon or alloy steel oil and gas well casing from the People's Republic of China.

The tribunal found that the dumping and subsidizing of seamless carbon or alloy steel oil and gas well casing from China were likely to result in injury or retardation. The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose anti-dumping and countervailing duties on this product.
