The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) has issued the conclusion of the expiry review of its findings dated on August 20, 2008, concerning anti-dumping and countervailing duties on imports of carbon steel welded pipe originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China.

The CITT has determined that there are no reasonable grounds to consider that the imposition of anti-dumping and countervailing duties in respect to the goods referred to in the inquiry would not or might not be in the public interest and, therefore, it will not initiate a public interest inquiry into this matter.
