The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) issued Tuesday an order following the expiry review of its order made on January 9, 2008, in Expiry Review No. RR-2007-001, concerning the dumping of hot-rolled carbon steel plate from the People's Republic of China.
The CITT found that the dumping of hot-rolled carbon steel plate from China was likely to result in injury. The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose anti-dumping duties on these products.
