CITT determination on HR sheet & strip imports from various countries

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has conducted an expiry review of its finding made on August 17, 2001, concerning the dumping of flat hot-rolled carbon and alloy steel sheet and strip from Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Taiwan, India, Macedonia, Serbia and Montenegro, South Africa and Ukraine, and the subsidizing of the same products from India. As a result of this review, the CITT decided to continue its finding in respect of flat hot-rolled carbon and alloy steel sheet and strip imported from Brazil, China, Taiwan, India, South Africa and Ukraine. On the other hand, the CITT decided to rescind its finding in respect of flat hot-rolled carbon and alloy steel sheet and strip imported from Bulgaria, Macedonia, and Serbia and Montenegro.
