CISA: Finished steel inventory in China reaches 19 million mt

According to the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), inventories of finished steel in the Chinese market as of February 17 stood at 19 million mt, up 510,000 mt compared with the previous week and marking an eighth consecutive week of increase.

However, the CISA also stated that overall finished steel inventory volumes in China may indicate a downtrend in the coming month.
