CISA appoints Cao Huiquan as vice chairman

According to the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), Cao Huiquan, president of Hunan Province-based Chinese steel producer Valin Steel Company, has been appointed as vice chairman of the association.

With the appointment approved by the Chinese State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Mr. Cao replaces his predecessor Li Xiaowei as CISA vice chairman.
