Chongqing Steel posts net loss of RMB 1.47 billion for 2011

Chinese steelmaker Chongqing Iron and Steel Company (Chongqing Steel) has announced its financial results for 2011.

In the given year, Chongqing Steel's net loss totaled RMB 1.47 billion ($233.51 million), with a loss per share of RMB 0.00849 ($0.0013). In 2010, Chongqing Steel had registered a net profit of RMB 11.27 million ($1.79 million).
