Chongqing Steel develops new silicon and structural steel products

Chinese steelmaker Chongqing Iron and Steel Co. (Chongqing steel) has announced that it has produced CHD 902 grain-oriented silicon steel and SPHC and SPHE grades of quality carbon structural steel, with the products in question gaining approval from customers.

CHD 902 grain-oriented silicon steel is mainly applied in the production of electronic chips. The SPHC and SPHE grades of quality carbon structural steel are mostly used in the automotive, mechanical engineering and household appliance sectors.
