Chinese ship exports up 12 percent in value in January-November

In the January-November period last year, China’s ship exports amounted to an aggregate value of $25.55 billion, up 12 percent year on year, according to the figures released by the China Association of the National Shipbuilding Industry (CANSI).

In the given period, Chinese ships were exported to 186 destinations. In particular, China’s ship exports to Asia, Europe and Latin America respectively totaled $15.1 billion, $3.29 billion and $3.11 billion, accounting for 59.1 percent, 12.9 percent and 12.2 percent of the overall export value figure.
