China’s steel bar imports up 14.1 percent in January-February

In February this year, China’s steel bar imports amounted to 100,000 mt, up 20,000 mt month on month and increasing by 40.5 percent year on year, while the steel bar import volume in the January-February period totaled 180,000 mt, up 14.1 percent year on year, as announced by the Chinese customs authorities.
