China’s steel bar exports down 53.7 percent in January-April

In April this year, China’s steel bar exports amounted to 1.3 million mt, down 730,000 mt month on month and decreasing by 63.4 percent year on year, while the steel bar export volume in the January-April period totaled 6.93 million mt, down 53.7 percent year on year, as announced by the Chinese customs authorities.
