China’s CRC exports rise by 55 percent in 2014

In December last year, China exported 448,438 mt of cold rolled coil (CRC), indicating a sharp rise compared to 290,544 mt in the same month of the previous year, while seeing an increase of 11 percent compared to the 403,861 mt recorded in November last year, according to monthly import and export data issued by the Chinese customs authorities on January 23. In the whole of 2014, China exported 4.86 million mt of of cold rolled coil, up 55 percent year on year.
