China puts off intent to impose AD duty on CR steel

Chinese Ministry of Commerce decided not to impose anti-dumping duty on cold rolled steel products from several countries, despite the existence of injury to the domestic market. The Chinese officials announced that they would not impose anti-dumping measures against cold-rolled steel products from Russia, South Korea, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Taiwan for now, but did not rule out such action in future. Basically, an official from the Ministry of Commerce expressed that dumping of cold rolled steel does exist and has caused substantial damage to China's industry but the Ministry has decided to put off imposing temporary anti-dumping measures due to special market conditions and investigations will continue until a final judgement is made.
