Chengdu Steel and Vanadium wins tender to supply oil casings

Sichuan-based Chinese steelmaker Chengdu Steel and Vanadium Co., a subsidiary of Pangang Group, has announced that it has won a tender held by China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC Group), the third largest national oil company in China, for the supply of 6,375 mt of oil casings of buckle type.

Chengdu Steel and Vanadium stated that its successful bid reflects ongoing improvement in its product quality and after-sales service, as well as further expansion of its strategic cooperation with China National Offshore Oil Corporation.
