Canadian trade tribunal initiates review on steel fasteners from China and Taiwan

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal today initiated an interim review of its order made on January 5, 2015, in Expiry Review No. RR-2014-001, concerning certain carbon steel fasteners, originating in or exported from China and Taiwan.
 
This interim review was initiated at the request of Canimex Inc. and after the Tribunal determined that the request was properly documented. The purpose of this interim review is to determine if the findings should be modified to exclude the product identified by Canimex Inc.
