Belarus-based Byelorussian Steel Works (BMZ) has announced that its commodity distribution network has been expanded by the company BelmetSteelDMCC. Its office in Dubai is already operational.

BelmetSteelDMCC, a subsidiary of Linz, Austria-based BelmetGmbH, was founded in 2014 to conduct sales of BMZ steel products in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). Sales will initially be focused on high value-added products.

Currently, active negotiations are being carried out with potential customers from Egypt, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the UAE, while every effort will be exerted so that BMZ products will find a permanent niche in this region and so that sales volumes will increase every year.
