Baosteel Special Material, a subsidiary of Chinese steel giant Baosteel, has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Jiangsu Province-based Chinese company Sunpower High-tech Industry Co, as reported by Chinese media sources.
Sunpower High-tech Industry is a producer of high-end pressure vessel equipment. The two sides will cooperate in such areas as industry research and analysis, enterprise development strategy, technology, and will share resources.
