ArcelorMittal South Africa Ltd (ArcelorMittal SA), a unit of world steel giant ArcelorMittal, will keep prices for all steel products unchanged in March following a production cut of 35 percent during the first quarter.

ArcelorMittal SA spokesman Sven Lunsche said, "There'll be no change in pricing for March for all the products, but we will have another look at the situation at the end of the month."

According to Mr. Lunsche, while demand visibility still remains poor, the company's orders are up on the last quarter though this is not so significant since fourth quarter production was affected by the holidays in December.

February was the first month since October when the company did not cut prices on most of its products.
