ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih’s crude steel output down seven percent in 2011

In 2011, the crude steel production of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih, Ukrainian subsidiary of global steel giant ArcelorMittal, totaled 5.720 million mt, down seven percent compared to 2010.

In addition, last year ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih registered a 8.5 percent decrease year on year in its finished steel output to 4.937 million mt. During the period in question, pig iron production at ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih decreased by eight percent year on year to 4.892 million mt.
