Alderon’s Kami iron ore project clears environmental assessment

Vancouver, British Columbia-based Canadian iron ore exploration company Alderon Resources Corporation has announced that its Kami iron ore project in western Labrador has cleared the environmental assessment of the government of Newfoundland and Labrador.
 
The Kami iron ore project still needs to pass the federal environmental assessment process which is expected to be completed in February this year.
 
The initial iron ore production from the project is expected in the fourth quarter of 2015.
