Alderon Resource upgrades drilling program in Labrador

Vancouver, British Columbia-based iron ore exploration company Alderon Resources Corporation announced on November 22 additional assay results from the ongoing drill program on the 100 percent owned Kamistiatusset iron ore project in western Labrador in northeastern Canada.

The project has a currently defined NI 43-101 indicated resource of 490 million mt at 30 percent iron and an additional inferred resource of 598 million mt at 30.3 percent iron.

Tayfun Eldem, president and CEO of Alderon, said, "We continue to make excellent progress with the goal of upgrading our resource, as we work to complete the feasibility study in Q3 of 2012."
