AD investigation on WR from three countries officially terminated
The formal notice of the US International Trade Commission's (ITC) negative preliminary injury determination regarding an antidumping investigation into carbon and certain alloy steel
wire rod imports from
China,
Germany, and
Turkey has been published in the Federal Register today.
As previously reported by SteelOrbis, the commissioners, by an unanimous vote, determined that there was no reasonable indication that an industry in the US is materially injured or threatened with material injury, by reasons of imports from
China,
Germany, and
Turkey of carbon and certain alloy steel
wire rod.
The publication of the ITC's determinations officially ends these investigations. The ITC and the US Department of Commerce (DOC) will take no further action.
