SteelOrbis has learned that spot market pricing for US domestic API X-52 has risen by "at least" $2.50 cwt. ($55/mt or $50/nt) since our last report a week ago, and today, prices are being heard in the range of $45.00-$47,50 cwt. ($992-$1,047/mt or $900-$950/nt), FOB mill.

Sources note that higher ex-mill pricing is directly attributed to still-climbing HRC prices.
