US domestic pipe mills are still pushing for HSS transactions to take place in the range of $44.50-$45.50 cwt. ($981-$1,003/mt or $890-$910/nt), ex-works, although it's believed that mills may try for another price increase in the early part of Decemeber. Activity in the current week is light due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
