Nucor announces price increase for HSS tubing

Nucor Tubular today announced they would be raising prices on US domestic hollow structural tubing by $2.00 cwt. ($44/mt or $40/nt), effective with all new orders.

Prior to the announcement, spot market prices were heard in the range of $51-$52 ($1,124-$1,146/mt or $1,020-$1,040/nt), ex-mill.
