Buyers in Taiwan try push buy price down

Following the latest sales of Turkish origin GR 60 and vanadium added billets at a price in the range of $360-365/mt CFR Taiwan, Chinese mills are offering at $360/mt CFR. Taiwanese buyers do not seem to be willing above $340/mt CFR.
