US domestic ferromanganese prices trend up further

On February 14, SteelOrbis reported US domestic high-carbon ferromanganese (78 percent manganese and 7.5 percent carbon) at $1,475-1,575/mt in-warehouse Pittsburgh.

Sources inform SteelOrbis that prices have increased to $1,505-1,590/mt in-warehouse Pittsburgh. The new range represents an increase of $30/mt from the bottom of the previous range and $15/mt from the top of the same range.
