Russian steel producers’ domestic scrap purchase prices

According to market sources, Russian steel producer Novorosmetall Steel's A3 grade scrap purchase price in its domestic market has remained unchanged compared to its previous prices announced on May 13 at RUB 13,400/mt ($200/mt) delivered to customer. Meanwhile, another Russian mill REMZ Steel's domestic A3 grade scrap purchase price has declined by RUB 300/mt ($4/mt) compared to its previous prices announced on May 6 to RUB 12,700/mt ($190/mt), delivered to customer.
