Russian steel producers’ domestic scrap purchase prices

According to market sources, Russian steel producer Novorosmetall Steel's A3 grade scrap purchase price in its domestic market has increased by RUB 900/mt ($14/mt) compared to its previous prices announced on April 19 to RUB 13,100/mt ($198/mt) delivered to customer. Meanwhile, another Russian mill REMZ Steel's domestic A3 grade scrap purchase price has also risen by RUB 200/mt ($3/mt) compared to its previous prices announced on April 26 to RUB 13,000/mt ($196/mt), delivered to customer.
