SteelOrbis has learned that the Philadelphia dock delivered price for HMS I/II 80:20 scrap is now being heard at approximately $275-$290/gt, against a range of $285-$290/gt, on September 1. Sources believe that still-falling cargo prices into Istanbul will lead to downward revisions of US dock pricing. Those revisions are expected to come in the next several days.
