More revisions in ship scrap market of Turkey

Some of the Izmir-region based steel producers have increased their ship scrap purchasing prices by $2-5/mt over the week with the influence of the cautious uptrend in the import segment. In addition, the depreciation of the Turkish lira against the US dollar is weighing on prices.

In Turkey's Aliaga region the ship scrap purchase prices of local steelmakers are as follows:
